Yum Yum. I baked these over the weekend. They are from the cookbook Vegan Baking. They are UBER yummy and definately going to be made again - just not when I am the only one eating them! This exciting new adventure into vegan cooking has meant I have been trying lots of baked goods - many of which are not good for the waistline...
